A Message from the Chairman

Over the past year, the momentum we have built across the Rio Grande Valley has only continued to accelerate. Thanks to your commitment and engagement, the Border Health State and Federal PACs (BHPAC) remain among the most consistent and influential advocates for our region's priorities and long-term success.

The BHPAC continues to stand apart in its composition, reach, and unwavering mission to advance the interests and well-being of the Rio Grande Valley. Your support has enabled us to welcome, engage, and cultivate relationships with a broad spectrum of local, state, and federal candidates and elected officials from across Texas and the nation. Through these conversations and partnerships, we have been able to challenge outdated perceptions, highlight the Valley's strengths, and champion policies and investments that directly benefit our communities.

Our organization has also strengthened DHR Health's position as a respected voice and a formidable presence in both Austin and Washington, D.C. This influence has allowed us to navigate complex political landscapes, counter powerful opposition, and secure meaningful wins for our region — from advancing critical expansion efforts to obtaining significant grant funding that expands access to essential health care services in Hidalgo, Cameron, and Starr counties. These achievements underscore the impact of our collective work and the importance of staying engaged.

I remain deeply proud of what we have accomplished together and energized by the opportunities ahead. The Rio Grande Valley continues to draw national attention as a driving force in Texas' economic growth and evolving political landscape. With your continued support, we are better positioned than ever to elevate our region's voice and ensure its needs and potential are recognized.

Thank you for your dedication and generosity. Our progress is a direct reflection of your belief in this mission.
